This luxury multi-home development in Cashiers, NC, involved the construction of six stunning homes, totaling approximately 30000 sqft, completed in just 19 months. During this time, Wes Sears successfully managed over 80 subcontractors, collaborating with a dedicated team of four construction managers. While Wes Sears played vital role in the project, it's important to note that he was not the contractor but the superintendent overseeing the execution of this remarkable development.

Walnut Creek Carpentry played a vital role this project, serving as the site superintendent. It's important to clarify that Wes Sears was not the contractor for this project. Throughout Wes's tenure, he effectively managed of seven multi-million dollar high-end residential projects, ensuring smooth daily operations and adherence to safety and quality standards. Wes Sears' responsibilities included overseeing site activities, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, and providing leadership to maintain efficient project progress.

This new construction home spans 3,800 sq ft and was completed in 2020. Walnut Creek Carpentry took pride in delivering exceptional craftsmanship, handling framing, siding, decks, interior trim, cabinet installation, and installation of windows and doors. Additionally, we expertly installed all hardwood flooring (excluding sanding and finishing) along with various other items to ensure a beautiful and functional living space for our client.

Walnut Creek Carpentry proudly partners with a local contractors to provide expert framing services, either in Balsam Mountain Preserve, Jackson County, Macon County and other nearby counties in NC. We collaborated with general contractors to successfully complete the framing, exterior siding, and trim for numerous residences. We are dedicated to supporting builders with high-quality framing and structural components that enhance every project we undertake.
